Life Long Journey is without a doubt one of the most anticipated Christian rap/hip-hop albums to hit the market since "Gang Affiliated" was released by the Gospel Gangstaz. Fros'T's last album was released in 1997 under Rescue Records selling over 20,000 units. Entitled "Mad at tha World", the album was named in This Prophecy Magazine as "one of the best Christian rap albums to date." Mad at tha World" had two singles that both spent up to 16 weeks in the top 20 on the pure rock report, the first single "Cry 4 Help" peeked at #3 and "Keep it Funky" achieved #1. In the last four years Fros'T has performed over 550 concerts all across the country reaching over 50,000 kids in the states alone. International tours include Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, and Nicaragua. Fros'T also headlined hip-hop night at Cornerstone festival in 1998, and has been featured on cover stories in 23:4 magazine, Underground Fire magazine, and been interviewed in Heaven's hip-hop and This Prophesy magazine.
